With Teladoc® behavioral health services, members of Wellfleet student health plans can access phone and video visits with licensed behavioral health providers — at no charge to students.1

Frequently Asked Questions
Teladoc® offers telehealth video and phone appointments with licensed behavioral health professionals, including licensed therapists, psychologists, and board-certified psychiatrists. Teladoc® does not offer urgent/emergent mental health services.
Teladoc® is available to provide telehealth services for our student health plan members seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time.
Teladoc® is Wellfleet Student’s solution to providing members with therapy and professional support in a telehealth format. Unlike the other solutions offered under the Wellfleet Student Behavioral Health Suite, Teladoc® allows students to meet remotely with professionals from the comfort of their own dorm, apartment, or home.
There is no cost to the member for using Teladoc® behavioral health services.
Teladoc® does not offer urgent/emergent mental health services. Contact Wellfleet for information on available solutions for those services.
