Campus Health 360: Shaping the future of student health together

Student health leaders face a unique challenge: improving outcomes for students in an environment where resources are stretched, demands continue to grow, and the needs of today’s students are more complex than ever. While every campus is working to solve similar problems, opportunities to openly share ideas, compare approaches, and learn from one another can be limited.

That’s why Wellfleet launched Campus Health 360 (CH360) — a dynamic community bringing together student health leaders from across higher education to exchange bold, innovative ideas, identify best practices, share practical resources, and build momentum for stronger student population health.

What makes Campus Health 360 different?

CH360 isn’t tied to a single institution, vendor agenda, or specific healthcare model. As a national student health insurance carrier working with colleges and universities across the country, Wellfleet is uniquely positioned to convene conversations and explore opportunities for improving student healthcare without bias.

Our goal is simple: create a trusted forum where ideas can be shared openly, and solutions can emerge collaboratively that advance health outcomes, increase graduation rates, and improve the overall campus experience.

CH360 gathers perspectives from across the higher education landscape, bringing together leaders with diverse experiences and backgrounds. From large public universities to small private colleges, from clinical directors to well-being professionals and administrators, we believe the best ideas often come from hearing different viewpoints and learning from institutions facing both similar and unique challenges.

Our commitment

One of the most exciting aspects of these efforts is our commitment to turning collaborative learning into practical action. CH360 focuses on identifying and sharing best practices that have demonstrated success, while making those insights available to partner institutions at no cost. Whether the topic is mental health access, preventive care engagement, chronic condition management, health communications, or innovative campus partnerships, our goal is to help campuses learn from one another rather than reinvent solutions independently.

Most importantly, we want CH360 to generate immediate, actionable insights. Every discussion, survey, roundtable, and collaboration will be aimed at identifying programs and strategies that support the Triple Aim in higher education:

The specific response to measles looks very different from the response to Legionella or Cyclospora. Yet many of the underlying capabilities remain the same:

  • Improving the health of student populations
  • Enhancing the student healthcare experience
  • Reducing the overall cost of care

As we gear up for the next academic year, we’re reminded that the challenges facing student health are too important for any institution to tackle alone. CH360 is our commitment to helping higher education leaders connect, collaborate, and collectively shape the future of student health.

We look forward to learning from you, sharing with you, and building something meaningful together.
