  • Is this provider in network? 
  • What type of care do I need? 
  • How much will this cost? 

The new Find Care experience transforms that uncertainty into intuitive knowledge. 

Students can: 

  • Search in-network providers by specialty and location based on their network
  • Filter results to match their needs 
  • Use cost estimation tools before scheduling 
  • Access additional care options available by plan

This means fewer surprises and more informed decisions. 

For institutions, this can support improved utilization and fewer plan-related support inquiries.

Understanding claims without the guesswork 

Claims can be one of the most confusing parts of health insurance. 

The new My Claims section of the app provides visibility into: 

  • Claim status (dates of service, provider details, processed, pending, etc.) 
  • Financial responsibility 
  • Explanations of benefits 

Instead of feeling uncertain after a visit, students can see updates directly within their dashboard. The transparency this newly redesigned section offers helps build trust and helps reduce the chances of confusion.

The new dashboard also includes: 

  • Immediate access to ID cards 
  • Coverage letters and plan documents 
  • Pharmacy benefit information 
  • Qualifying life event guidance 

All tools and resources are centralized in one modern experience within the dashboard.

The new Student Member Portal goes live in June — students can log in using their existing credentials and explore the upgraded experience immediately.
