Beginning with the 2025-26 plan year, we have established a strategic relationship with Ameritas Insurance Company to provide quotes for fully insured dental and vision products for Wellfleet-insured students nationwide*.

This partnership represents a meaningful advancement in our student health insurance portfolio. By transitioning from our previous Careington Dental and Davis Vision discount programs to Ameritas’ comprehensive insurance products, we’re taking a substantial step forward in addressing students’ complete healthcare needs.

Transition timeline
To ensure a smooth implementation, the previously offered Davis Vision and Careington Dental discount programs will be discontinued after the current academic year. The new Ameritas coverage options will be available for institutions to incorporate into their student health plans for the 2025-26 enrollment period.
